Terms of Service
These terms are a binding agreement between you and Carted (“Carted”, “we”, “us”), covering this website, the dashboard, our Discord and the proxy service. By creating an account, buying, or sending a single request through our network, you accept them in full. If any part is unacceptable to you, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. One account per person. You are fully responsible for everything done through your account and with your credentials, including by anyone you give them to, whether or not you authorized it.
2. What you are buying
Metered plans are sold as a fixed quantity of bandwidth. The GB do not expire and nothing bills again for them. Static-IP plans are sold as a number of IPs for a fixed term. Quantities, prices and terms are whatever is displayed at checkout.
Most static-IP terms are paid by a subscription that renews automatically, and charges your payment method again, until you stop it. You can stop the renewal at any time from the billing page in your dashboard; the IPs stay with you until the expiry date you have already paid for, and are released then. A term bought without a subscription has nothing attached to cancel and simply ends on its expiry date. Your billing page states which kind each term is. A renewal charge is final in the same way every other charge is, so cancel before the renewal date if you do not want it.
Bandwidth is measured by our network and reported in your dashboard, and that measurement is definitive. It includes all traffic passing through the proxy, request and response overhead, retries, failed requests and traffic generated by your own misconfiguration. Measurements from your bot, your OS or any third-party tool are not a basis for a claim.
3. All sales are final
Every purchase is final and non-refundable. Access is a digital product delivered to your account immediately on payment, and by buying you expressly request immediate delivery and waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any statutory cancellation, cooling-off or withdrawal right that might otherwise apply.
This applies without exception to: IPs or data you have already used; IPs or data you did not get around to using; sites blocking, banning, flagging or rate-limiting an IP; missed drops, failed checkouts or lost resale profit; buying the wrong product or quantity; and losing access to your Discord account. See our Sales & Replacement Policy for the replacements we may offer at our discretion. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived where you live.
4. No guarantees
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We specifically do not warrant that any IP, subnet, pool or location will work on any particular website, that it will remain unblocked for any length of time, that speeds or success rates will meet your expectations, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not offer an uptime SLA. Blocking is normal, constant and outside our control.
Nothing we, our staff or our community publishes, including guides, success rates, screenshots or Discord messages, is a promise of a result.
5. Your credentials
Credentials are licensed to you alone. Reselling, resharing, sublicensing or redistributing them is prohibited, as is exceeding the connection limits we set or attempting to circumvent any quota or cap. If credentials leak and traffic runs on them, that usage is yours and is not refunded or restored, rotate your password from the dashboard immediately if you suspect exposure.
6. Acceptable use
Our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. Breaching it ends your access immediately, with no refund and no credit for anything unused, and we may report serious abuse to the relevant networks and to law enforcement.
7. Payment and chargebacks
Payments are handled by a third-party processor. We never receive or store your card details. You are responsible for any taxes that apply where you live.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute is a material breach of these terms. We will treat it as such: the account is terminated, all IPs and balances are forfeited, and we will submit our access and usage records as evidence. You remain liable for amounts owed plus any fees we incur, and we may refuse you service permanently. If you have a problem, open a ticket, that is what it is for.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these terms or the AUP, for fraud, abuse or payment reversal, where a network we rely on requires it, or where we reasonably believe the account creates legal or operational risk. Terminated accounts forfeit unused balances and IPs. We may also modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunities, missed releases, resale value, business interruption, or the cost of substitute services, even if we were told such damages were possible.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims, however arising, is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 30 days immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is less. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case the above applies as far as the law allows.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, demand, loss, liability, fine or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your traffic, your breach of these terms or the AUP, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Disputes
Talk to us first: open a ticket, and we will try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If that fails, any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court and not before a jury. You and we both waive any right to bring or join a class, collective or representative action. Any claim must be brought within one year of the event it relates to, or it is permanently barred.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13. General
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights; we may assign ours. These terms, together with the AUP and the Sales & Replacement Policy, are the entire agreement between us. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including upstream network changes, outages and acts of third parties.
14. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The “last updated” date changes and material changes are announced in our Discord. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
