Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated September 19, 2026

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It exists because abuse gets whole IP ranges killed, for you and for everyone else on them. Breaking it ends your access immediately, with no refund and no credit for anything unused.

Never allowed

  • Payment fraud. Carding, testing stolen cards, using payment methods that aren’t yours, or triangulation fraud.
  • Account takeover. Credential stuffing, brute-forcing logins, cracking, or buying and using accounts that were stolen.
  • Attacks. DDoS, port scanning, vulnerability scanning, exploitation, or any attempt to gain access to systems you don’t own.
  • Spam and malware. Bulk unsolicited email or DMs, phishing pages, malware or botnet command and control.
  • CSAM, and any content sexualizing minors. Reported immediately, account terminated, no exceptions.
  • Harassment and doxxing, including stalking, threats, or compiling private information about individuals.
  • Anything illegal where you are, where the target is, or where the exit IP is, including sanctions evasion and trafficking in illegal goods.
  • Ticket scalping in jurisdictions where bot purchasing is illegal (for example under the US BOTS Act), and evading purchase limits on medical or emergency supplies.
  • Reselling or resharing your proxies, and running them through a service that exposes them to third parties.

What we do about it

We act on abuse reports from networks and site operators. Depending on what we find, we may disable credentials, suspend the account, or terminate it. Abuse terminations are final and forfeit everything unused. Serious cases, fraud, attacks, CSAM, are reported to the relevant networks and, where appropriate, to law enforcement, along with the account and usage records we hold.

What we log

We keep the records we need to run the business and answer abuse reports: your Discord account, orders, bandwidth totals and timestamps, and administrative actions. We do not log the sites you visit or the contents of your traffic. Networks that carry the traffic keep their own connection records under their own policies.

Reporting abuse

If traffic from an IP we sell is causing you a problem, email abuse@cartedproxies.com with the IP, timestamps with time zone, and what you saw. We respond to network abuse reports within one business day.
